1. Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are ONLY issued if:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The item received differs from what was ordered.

For all other cases (e.g., change of mind), only exchanges are permitted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items (unless defective).

4. Exchange Policy

  • If exchanging, the customer must:

    • Ship the item to our office address at their own expense.

    • Cover return delivery charges.

  • Price differences between exchanged items will not be refunded.
